The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the bench sales process, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with account managers to place bench candidates at client sites. The ideal candidate will have experience in bench sales recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in night shifts. Key Responsibilities Bench Candidate Management: Identify and manage bench resources, ensuring that they are placed at client sites as quickly as possible. Client Interaction: Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to understand their staffing requirements and ensure timely placements of bench candidates. Job Sourcing and Marketing: Actively market bench candidates to potential clients by creating and sending resumes, updating candidates profiles, and keeping the candidate pipeline active. Screening and Short listing: Screen and evaluate bench candidates to match their skills with client requirements, ensuring that only qualified candidates are submitted. Negotiating Contracts and Rates: Handle contract and rate negotiations with clients and candidates to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Job Advertising: Post open positions for bench candidates on job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the recruitment, delivery, and account management teams to ensure seamless recruitment operations and timely placements. Maintaining Bench Sales Database: Keep detailed records of bench candidates, job submissions, and placements for internal reporting and performance tracking. Provide Ongoing Support: Assist in candidate on boarding and manage post-placement concerns and feedback. Job Requirements and Skills Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or in a similar role within the IT staffing industry. Skills: o In-depth knowledge of bench sales recruiting processes, including client management and candidate placement. o Strong communication and negotiation skills. o Proficiency in using job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms for candidate sourcing and marketing. o Knowledge of IT technologies and terminology to effectively understand client requirements and candidate skills. o Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision. o Strong time management and organizational skills.
