Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day showroom sales operations Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship building Handle high-value customers and convert walk-ins into sales Monitor stock levels, fast-moving items, and coordinate with inventory team Ensure proper display, merchandising, and cleanliness of showroom Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets Handle billing, schemes, and offers explanation to customers Resolve customer complaints professionally Coordinate with marketing team for promotions and campaignsTeam Management Supervise sales executives and assign daily targets Conduct performance reviews and training sessions Maintain discipline and positive work cultureRequirements & Qualifications Minimum 1-3 years experience in jewellery retail sales At least 1-2 years in a supervisory/manager role Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Leadership and team handling ability Basic computer knowledge (billing software, Excel)
