Developing design of various components which is in compliance to the manufacturing process like plastic molding, press, welding, casting, extrusion, rubber molding etcCoordinating with the customer and understanding the product requirements and develop the product accordinglyCoordinating with vendors while developing the product, like Prototype making suppliersVarious component tool makers component manufacturers like plastic molding, sheet metal, welding, casting, extrusion, rubber molding etcKey component suppliers like motors etcVarious testing and certifying laboratories.Review and monitor release of the components drawing and complete product technical documentation.Review & Monitor Release of the components developed by the suppliersResponsible for tracking and implementing the required design changes along with the technical documentation of the changes.Monitoring the implementation of the required design changes right from components sample stage to product final product stage including various rounds of in-between trial / sample making runs using.
