Coordination & Support Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to ensure toolavailability as per production schedules. Respond promptly to tool failures or breakdowns to minimize production downtime. Provide inputs to the Purchasing team regarding tooling materials and consumables basedon usage and inventory trends. Assist in training junior or new tool room staff, if required.Qualifications & Skills ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making, Machining, or a related trade. 34 years of relevant experience as a Tool & Cutter Grinder. Hands-on experience with manual and CNC tool & cutter grinding machines. Strong knowledge of cutting tool geometry, materials, and grinding techniques. Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments. Familiarity with GMP, ISO standards, and industrial safety practices (preferred).
