Safety & Housekeeping

ï‚· Maintain cleanliness and organization in the wire cut area and tool room.

ï‚· Use PPE and follow all safety protocols.

ï‚· Handle materials, wires, and consumables safely to avoid damage or contamination.

ï‚· Follow safety and contamination control guidelines applicable to medical device

manufacturing environments.

7. Continuous Improvement & Support

ï‚· Suggest improvements to programs, cutting strategies, and processes to improve

productivity and accuracy.

ï‚· Support initiatives to reduce cycle time, scrap, and rework.

ï‚· Coordinate with Tool Room, Production, and Engineering teams to meet production and

project timelines.

ï‚· Guide or assist junior operators when required.

Qualifications & Skills

ï‚· ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making, Machining, or a related field.

ï‚· Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Wire Cut EDM operations.

ï‚· Strong knowledge of CNC programming, wire cut parameters, and tooling.

ï‚· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.

ï‚· Proficiency in using precision measuring and inspection instruments.

ï‚· Familiarity with GMP, ISO standards, and industrial safety practices (preferred).
