OverviewThe Warehouse Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities1. Receiving & Storing Goods: Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods, ensuring proper labeling and organization.2. Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time, minimizing errors and discrepancies.3. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and ensure timely replenishment.4. Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized, adhering to safety procedures and guidelines.5. Shipping & Receiving: Assist with shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate handling of goods.6. Reporting: Provide regular reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and any operational issues.Required Skills- Clear and professional communication in English (verbal and written)- Basic computer proficiency- Strong decision-making and analytical abilities- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Flexible schedule with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teamsDaily Tasks- Dispatch outgoing orders on time, meeting customer requirements- Ensure timely refilling of store inventory- Maintain high accuracy in order fulfillment and dispatch processes- Track and manage inventory movement during dispatch- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of outgoing shipments- Conduct quality checks on incoming returns and RTO shipments- Support stock audits and other warehouse tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Quality check at the time of receiving the items. Cleaning if required and packing with nitrogen flushing. Stock maintenance as per MBQ. Checking for orders and sending pro forma invoice. Verification of Orders dispatching in time or not. Providing reports to the management (stock/sales report). Sending stock requisition to the warehouse. Sending LR / Document no. dispatched to the customers. Maintain the legal requirement for the branded products, like MRP, Exp Date, Best before use etc.,
