As a VMC Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMC). This position is based in Savli and requires a hands-on approach to machine operation. Key Responsibilities:- Machine Setup: Prepare and configure VMC machines for production runs by installing the necessary tools and programming the machine settings. This ensures optimal performance and accuracy.- Quality Control: Monitor the machining process to ensure that parts meet specified dimensions and quality standards. Regular checks will help prevent defects and maintain high production quality.- Tool Management: Select, maintain, and replace tools as necessary to ensure efficient machine operation.
