We are seeking a skilled VMC Machine Operator with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team in Noida Sector 138. The ideal candidate will have an I.T.I. qualification and a strong understanding of VMC operations. Key Responsibilities:- **Machine Operation**: Set up and operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to produce precision parts according to specifications and quality standards.- **Quality Control**: Monitor the machining process and conduct regular checks to ensure the produced parts meet required tolerances and quality criteria.- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on the VMC machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of production data, including machine settings, completed work, and quality inspections, to track efficiency and compliance.- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to coordinate activities and improve production processes.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have good technical skills and experience working with VMC machines.
