We are looking for a Ui UX Designer to join our team in Nashik. This role is ideal for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience who are passionate about creating user-friendly and visually appealing digital products.Key Responsibilities:- User Research: Conduct research to understand user needs and behaviors, ensuring that designs align with real user expectations.- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes and prototypes that communicate design concepts clearly and effectively, allowing for user testing and feedback.- Visual Design: Develop engaging and intuitive visual designs for web and mobile applications, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure that designs are technically feasible and meet project requirements.- Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests to identify areas for improvement and refine designs based on user feedback, enhancing overall user experience.Required Skills and Expectations:- A degree in design, computer science, or a related field is preferred (B.E). - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch is essential for creating high-quality designs.- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards to create effective and engaging user experiences.- Good communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly to team members and stakeholders.- A proactive attitude and the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment, as well as willingness to incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
