UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a Ui UX Designer to join our team in Nashik. This role is ideal for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience who are passionate about creating user-friendly and visually appealing digital products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **User Research:** Conduct research to understand user needs and behaviors, ensuring that designs align with real user expectations.

- **Wireframing and Prototyping:** Create wireframes and prototypes that communicate design concepts clearly and effectively, allowing for user testing and feedback.

- **Visual Design:** Develop engaging and intuitive visual designs for web and mobile applications, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure that designs are technically feasible and meet project requirements.

- **Usability Testing:** Conduct usability tests to identify areas for improvement and refine designs based on user feedback, enhancing overall user experience.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- A degree in design, computer science, or a related field is preferred ().

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch is essential for creating high-quality designs.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards to create effective and engaging user experiences.

- Good communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly to team members and stakeholders.
