Job Description:Position - BACK OFFICE - OPERATIONS EXECUTIVELocation - GandhidhamSalary range - 15k to 22k based on experience & interviewKey ResponsibilitiesPerform day-to-day back office and administrative operations.Prepare, maintain, and update daily operational reports and records.Draft professional emails, letters, and official correspondence.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assigned tasks.Maintain accurate documentation and data records.Manage and update databases, spreadsheets, and other operational documents.Handle document filing, scanning, and record management.Support the team in administrative and operational assignments as required.Ensure confidentiality of company information and records.Required Skills & CompetenciesGood knowledge of MS Office applications Excel, Word, Outlook.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Educational QualificationGraduate in any discipline.Experience1-2 years of experience in back office, administration, or operations.Freshers with excellent English communication and computer proficiency may also be considered.Maximum Age Limit - 30 years

Handling Import documentations;Responsible to handle documentation related to LC openings, LC payments, buyer's credit documentation, B/E submission in time to the bank etc;Clearance documentation, coordinating with clearing agent, CHA, transporter;Custom clearance documents;Bank follow-up(Import related work);Checking of documents(certificate origin, packing list etc);Strong knowledge of DGFT work under advance license ;Liaising with the banks for speedy Submission/negotiation of documents post Import/Export, and answering queries on discrepancies, etc;Arrange all the required documentation according to the terms of shipment. (LC, Sight draft or MTT/TT remittance etc.);Preparation of BRC;Liaison of FEMA;The incumbent should have strong knowledge of DGFT department related rules and regulations and experience in working with DGFT;Export-Import documentation including preparing documents for pre and post shipments & trade banking;Handling and Liaison CHA & Shipping lines with strong negotiation.
