Job Description:
Position - BACK OFFICE - OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
Location - Gandhidham
Salary range - 15k to 22k based on experience & interview
Key Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day back office and administrative operations.
Prepare, maintain, and update daily operational reports and records.
Draft professional emails, letters, and official correspondence.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Maintain accurate documentation and data records.
Manage and update databases, spreadsheets, and other operational documents.
Handle document filing, scanning, and record management.
Support the team in administrative and operational assignments as required.
Ensure confidentiality of company information and records.
Required Skills & Competencies
Good knowledge of MS Office applications Excel, Word, Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
1-2 years of experience in back office, administration, or operations.
Freshers with excellent English communication and computer proficiency may also be considered.
