Job SummaryThe VMC Operator is responsible for operating Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines to produce precision components as per engineering drawings and specifications. The role includes machine setup, tool loading, basic program handling, quality checks, and ensuring safe and efficient production.

Fitter Responsibilities: Analyzing the blueprints for mechanical systems to determine the specifications of the components to be constructed. Constructing structural components from raw materials. Using welding equipment to fuse structural components. Inspecting fabricated components to ensure that they are the correct size. Utilizing shears, power saws, cutting torches, and chipper knives to cut structural components as needed. Creating a suitable maintenance schedule and performing system maintenance accordingly. Conducting diagnostic testing on malfunctioning systems to determine the root cause of the malfunction. Replacing damaged or defective structural components as needed. Adhering to all work-site safety rules and regulations.Fitter Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Appropriate state certification. Proven experience working as a fitter. Sound knowledge of local and state building codes. The ability to use hand and power tools. The ability to interpret blueprints for mechanical systems. The ability to concentrate for extended periods. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Exceptional welding and mechanical skills.

Should Be Able to Read Technical Drawings and Use Vernier, Height Guage, Bore Dial Guage and Micrometer

CNC turning machine operator requires with or without experience.Works at J497 MIDC Bhosari, Pune 411026

On daily basis ( in shifts ) set & run the CNC machines as per plan given Hands on experience of CNC Turning & Turn mill machines operating Should have a through operating knowledge of machines like LMW , Mazak , Nakamura etc Should have knowledge of 2D programming while CAM software knowledge is desirable Should have hands on working knowledge for handling quality instruments like Micrometre, Vernier Calliper , Bore gauge , Digital Height gauge etc Should have good knowledge of cutting tools like Milling cutters & inserts , End mills , Drills , Taps , thread mills etc. Should have a very good knowledge of the complex part drawing , understanding , reading etc.We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and driven Operating Engineer for CNC Turning & Turn Mill machinesBachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI
