Locations : Hiranandani Thane / Powai.Engineer / Senior Engineer / Manager Process (Thermal) Department Work Experience Level: 3- 10 years of Process (Thermal) Design experience in Fired Heater IndustryMinimum Education: B.E. / B. Tech. (Chemical / Mechanical Engineering) from a government recognized reputed institute/university.Technical Experience: Candidate should be good in: Process design / sizing of radiant / convection section, stack, air-preheater, fans, ducting, fuel skid, process / utility piping. Fired heater simulation using FRNC-5PC software. Basic Thermal design of Fired Heaters for non-licensed applications like CDU, VDU, Hydrotreater, Reboilers, Hot Oil, Gas Heating, Steam heating etc. Preparation of datasheets of Fired Heaters and its auxiliaries i.e. Air Preheater, ID/FD Fans, Steam Air Preheater, Soot-blowers, steam drum, dampers, decoking drum, venturi, BFW pump, SCR etc. P&IDs, Cause & Effect Diagrams, Control Narratives & Startup/Shutdown procedure etc. of Fired Heaters. Safety in combustion control including HAZOP & SIL reviews. Review of sub-supplier offers and post order documentation of Burners, APH, SAPH, ID/FD Fan, Soot-blower, dampers, pumps, SCR etc. The person should have good knowledge of: Relevant codes / standards (API 560, API 530, API 556, API 573, NFPA 85, EN 746 etc.). Typical licensors specifications (e.g., Shell, UoP, Chevron, Axens etc.) for Fired Heaters. Pre-commissioning, commissioning, refractory dry-out and start-up of heaters/reformers. Should be able to provide information / data required to be furnished by the Thermal department to other engineering disciplines (mechanical, piping, instrumentation etc.) to carry-out their work.
