Hiring for 1 TENDER QUOTATION Job in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, Quotations, with minimum 2 Years Experience, Required Educational Qualification is : B.Com with Good knowledge in Quotations etc.

- Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations- Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation- Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements- Contribution in cost and price calculations- Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the Government- Search Tenders on E-procurement portals, Gem, Tender wizard or vet through upcoming Tenders. - Coordinate with the marketing team for share full the BOQ Rates as required by the client.- Manage and lead the tendering team to ensure timely and accurate submissions of tenders. - Evaluate bids, review contracts, and negotiate terms and conditions. - Preparation of Queries related to Business Favor in Pre-bid Mittings. - To follow relevant procedures for Tender compilation, authorization and dispatch. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of the tendering process, including relevant regulations, procedures, and standards. - Manage the handover process to the relevant department upon award of the tender. - Search Upcoming Business pipeline i.e., Budget, State and Government. - Project demand analysis and projection, assess macro-economic impact namely tax, revenue, employment, development and betterment of the people, Project level analysis network analysis and traffic growth rate projection.
