- Greeting and assisting passengers: Provide a warm welcome to passengers entering the airport and assist them with any inquiries or help they may need.- Checking boarding passes and documents: Verify passengers' boarding passes, identification, and travel documents to ensure they are valid for travel.- Ensuring safety and security: Monitor the premises for any suspicious activity and report any security concerns to the appropriate authorities to maintain a safe environment for passengers.- Assisting with boarding and deplaning: Help passengers with boarding the aircraft, ensuring the boarding process is smooth and orderly. Assist passengers with deplaning upon arrival at the destination.- Handling luggage: Assist passengers with carrying and loading luggage onto carts, conveyor belts, or into the aircraft's cargo hold to ensure luggage is safely transported.- Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with passengers, colleagues, and airport personnel in a professional and courteous manner.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Must be able to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a busy airport setting.- Attention to detail: Ability to pay close attention to details to ensure accuracy in verifying documents and handling luggage.- Physical stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy luggage, and work in a physically demanding environment
