Job OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and dedicated BMLT-qualified Lab Technician to join immediately our diagnostic setup on Raipur Road, Dehradun. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all routine laboratory procedures, operating clinical analyzers, and ensuring accurate test reporting.Key Responsibilities & Technical Skills1. Routine Lab Operations: Perform all general laboratory technician duties efficiently.2. Hematology: Operate and manage CBC (Complete Blood Count) on semi-auto analyzers.3. Biochemistry: Strong hands-on knowledge and operational expertise in semi-auto biochemistry analyzers along with handling all associated reagents.4. Serology & Rapid Testing: Conduct various rapid card tests with high precision.5. Immunology / Pathology: Perform Blood Grouping and Widal slide tests.6. Reporting: Accurately prepare and verify lab reports before final handover.Requirements1. Minimum qualification: BMLT degree.2. Strong practical knowledge of semi-auto biochemistry and hematology analyzers.3. Ability to work independently with attention to detail and patient care ethics.4. Proximity to Rajpur Road or comfortable commuting to the area.

Responsibilities and Focus Areas1. Technical Leadership and Design Authority Complex Design: Lead the design and development of intricate electrical systems, components, and circuitry, often serving as the Engineer of Record for projects.Advanced Analysis: Apply advanced engineering principles, mathematics, and simulation software (like MATLAB and AutoCAD Electrical) to perform detailed circuit analysis, power quality management, and system modeling.Standards & Compliance: Ensure all designs and installations strictly comply with national and international regulatory standards (e.g., IEC, NFPA, local electrical codes) and internal Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures.2. Project Management and Coordination Project Ownership: Manage electrical projects from concept through to commissioning and handover, including defining scope, creating work plans, and managing budgets.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary technical point of contact, coordinating design integration with other disciplines (Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, etc.) and managing documentation with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.Troubleshooting: Provide high-level technical support to resolve complex or chronic electrical system issues, often requiring site visits and field solutions.3.
