If any issues arise, you will diagnose and fix them quickly.- System Configuration: Configure CCTV systems to meet client specifications. This includes setting up recording schedules, storage options, and remote access features.- Customer Support: You will provide support and assistance to customers regarding the use of their CCTV systems, guiding them on how to access and manage footage.- Documentation: Keep accurate records of installations, maintenance work, and any repairs conducted. This ensures that all work is documented for future reference.Required Skills and Expectations:- Basic knowledge of electronic systems and understanding of CCTV technology is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team.- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies in the CCTV industry.
