Customer Support:Provide technical support to customers via phone or in person.Investigate customer complaints to find the root cause of problems and recommendsolutions. Collaboration:Work with other engineers and cross-functional teams to resolvecustomer issues and provide faster resolutions.Requirements Education:A diploma or ITI in Electrical and Electronics Engineering is oftenrequired.
