Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site and remote technical support for projection mapping shows and installations. Assist in the design and implementation of projection mapping solutions for various venues and events. Conduct regular maintenance and updates on projection equipment and software. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in projection mapping and AV solutions.Qualifications: Proven experience in technical support, preferably within the AV or projection mapping industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
