Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement:Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and 3D printing needs.Provide technical insights and solutions that demonstrate the value of our FDM 3D printers and services.Product Expertise:Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our FDM 3D printers, materials, and 3D printing services.Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.Technical Presentations:Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients, showcasing our FDM technology and its capabilities.Address technical questions and concerns with confidence and professionalism.Solution Development:Collaborate with customers to design and tailor 3D printing solutions that meet their specific application requirements.Create prototypes and samples to showcase the capabilities of our FDM technology.Sales and Revenue Generation:Meet or exceed sales targets by actively identifying opportunities and closing deals.Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base for FDM 3D printers and services.Market and Product Feedback:Gather customer feedback on product performance and gather market insights to help drive product improvements.Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance our offerings.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and technical solutions.Prepare and submit regular reports on customer engagement and sales performance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.Proven experience in a technical sales role, preferably in 3D printing, FDM technology, or related industries.Strong technical and engineering knowledge, specifically in FDM 3D printing.Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling.Strong project management and documentation skills.
