9 am to 7 pm Sunday hafe day

1. Handle daily administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management.2. Manage and organize office supplies and equipment to ensure availability and functionality.3. Maintain an organized office environment for optimal productivity.4. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government agencies.5. Assist in resolving any communication-related issues or conflicts within the organization.6. Maintain and update records, databases, and contact lists to ensure accuracy and accessibility.7. Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality products or services.8. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and assist in the preparation of documentation for regulatory inspections.

1. Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, receipts, purchase Order etc.2. Maintain all the records & files in a proper manner3. Other Administration work
