Job Profile:Interface with customers via inbound or outbound calls or via Remote (Internet) for the purpose of resolving routine customer issues with products or services.Speak to customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures/script., should have good understanding of the product Tally Prime.Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy, and must not escalate issues.Clarify customer requirements; and confirm understanding of requirements.Provide/ give additional customer education as needed.Communicate effectively with Managers/teams on the daily appointments of Service Calls Schedule.Eligibility:Knowledge of Tally mustExcellent Communication Skills in English /Tamil or Hindi and EnglishFresher Any Graduates, who have worked in Customer Service/support.Experienced Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support

Tally certified or who has worked on Tally ERP 9.Job Profile:YENNES Infotec (P) Limited a 5 star Tally certified partner with its HO at Chennai and branches at various locations in TN and Puducherry .YENNES has a Tally training center as a CSR activity for school drop outs and the under privileged students at the Puducherry office.The Tally trainer requirement is for this branch and its a full time employment.The Trainer/Faculty should be experienced with Tally ERP 9 features and should have experience in training tally users. Prior Faculty experience will be a plusStrong accounting domain knowledge and on the latest tax laws a must.Should be patient and willing to keep them selves abreast with the latest features/updates on Tally.Local residents preferred.Salary: Based on Experience
