Take action on RM rejections and initiate suitable corrective actions (CAPA) with vendors & maintain records of CAPA. Follow- up for partys payments with accounts team. Daily monitoring of RM stock items to avoid production losses. Prepare regular reports through SAP on Vendor Rating to evaluate vendors performance rating as per decided frequency. Compile, update and maintain on regular basis a list of approved list of vendors as per ISO Any other duties assigned by the superiors from time to time. Ensuring appropriate documentation like purchase orders, MSN, Daily reports, QMS, ISO 9001, ISO 13485:2016 documentation and other audit requirement awareness. Maintain records for alternate material source development and the savings achieved from time to time. Ensure the departmental Policies and processes are aligned / updated time to time with the changing customer requirements pertaining to EHS, Quality, Products, Material, People Sustainable development Initiatives etc. Collecting data from Accounts team to compile Top Management Meeting (MCM) PPT on monthly basis.
