HIRING!!!!! INDUSTRIAL SITE ENGINEER -Location: Pune, Maharashtra Industrial Constructions Activity, PB building, structural Erection, Infrastructure Development. Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site. Ensure execution of work as per approved architectural, structural, and working drawings. Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, vendors, and site workers. Check dimensions, levels, materials, and workmanship as per drawings and specifications. Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed within the planned schedule. Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution. Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress reports, measurement records, and site documentation. Verify quantities and measurements of completed work. Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at site. Monitor material quality and ensure proper storage and usage. Conduct regular site inspections and report deviations or quality issues. Ensure proper implementation of safety practices at the construction site. Review drawings and communicate any discrepancies or technical requirements to the concerned senior. Coordinate with contractors regarding work sequence, manpower, materials, and timelines. Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress and challenges. Maintain proper records of site instructions, approvals, revisions, and executed work. Ensure that site work follows approved specifications and applicable building standards. Required Skills Good knowledge of construction methods and site execution. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Good understanding of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and other construction activities. Knowledge of quantity measurement and basic estimation. Good coordination and communication skills. Ability to identify site-level technical issues and provide practical solutions. knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred. Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. Strong site supervision and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.Educational Qualification Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.Must have 1-6 yrs. Exp.Project Management: End-to-end execution of large-scale industrial projects (factories, warehouses, processing plants, logistics parks)PEB and Structural Expertise: Deep technical understanding of PEB design integration, fabrication supervision, heavy structural steel erection, and crane logistics (tandem lifting, load charts, safety protocols).Infrastructure Knowledge: Experience managing heavy civil works, internal roads, storm-water drainage networks, utility piping, boundary walls, and power distribution infrastructure. only interested candidate can share
