An Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) Operator manages industrial wastewater treatment, ensuring pollutants are removed before discharge. Responsibilities include operating machinery (pumps, aerators), controlling chemical dosing (pH/DO), performing water quality tests (COD, BOD, TSS), maintaining equipment, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Mechanical Supervisor with 58 years experience in WTP/WWTP EPC projects, supervising equipment installation, piping systems, safety compliance, and coordinating site teams. The Mechanical Supervisor should be able to understand all IFC drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, and equipment layouts. He should plan daily and weekly mechanical installation works based on material availability, manpower, and site readiness. He will supervise the installation of mechanical equipment including pumps, blowers, tanks, screens, filters, and clarifier mechanisms. He oversees the installation of DI, SS, HDPE, GRP, and PVC piping systems including valves, supports, and fittings. He ensures correct routing, alignment, levelling, and grouting of equipment and piping as per project specifications. He monitors fabrication, welding, flange assembly, torquing, and pipe support installation to maintain quality and avoid rework. He has knowledge about hydrotesting, flushing, cleaning, and leak testing of pipelines in compliance with project requirements
