Urgent Requirement For STP Operator

We are seeking dedicated STP Operators to join our team in Chennai, India. This is a full-time position ideal for individuals looking to start their careers in mechanical, electrical, or environmental fields.

As an STP Operator, you will monitor and manage sewage treatment processes, ensuring that operations run efficiently and comply with environmental standards. Candidates with 1-4 years of experience or fresh graduates with a Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental streams are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Operating and monitoring sewage treatment plants to maintain optimal performance, ensuring raw sewage is treated according to standards.

- Performing routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify any maintenance or operational issues.

- Recording operational data and maintaining accurate reports to track the efficiency of treatment processes.

Candidates must possess:

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

- Basic knowledge of sewage treatment processes and relevant environmental standards.

- A commitment to working in rotational shifts (6 AM-2 PM, 2 PM-10 PM, 10 PM-6 AM) as per the schedule set by operations.
