Mechanical Supervisor - Full Time

Mechanical Supervisor with 5€“8 years€™ experience in WTP/WWTP EPC projects, supervising equipment installation, piping systems, safety compliance, and coordinating site teams.

€¢ The Mechanical Supervisor should be able to understand all IFC drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, and equipment layouts.

€¢ He should plan daily and weekly mechanical installation works based on material availability, manpower, and site readiness.

€¢ He will supervise the installation of mechanical equipment including pumps, blowers, tanks, screens, filters, and clarifier mechanisms.

€¢ He oversees the installation of DI, SS, HDPE, GRP, and PVC piping systems including valves, supports, and fittings.

€¢ He ensures correct routing, alignment, levelling, and grouting of equipment and piping as per project specifications.

€¢ He monitors fabrication, welding, flange assembly, torquing, and pipe support installation to maintain quality and avoid rework.

€¢ He has knowledge about hydrotesting, flushing, cleaning, and leak testing of pipelines in compliance with project requirements
