Job Responsibilities: - . Receive, inspect, and maintain construction materials, tools, and equipment. . Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials. . Manage stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials. . Issue materials to site teams against proper authorization. . Maintain Stock register, inventory records, and material issue slips. . Conduct regular Physical stock Verification and reconciliation. . identify damaged, defective, or shortage materials and report them to management .. Keep the store orginized, clean, and secure. . Coordinate with the Purchase, Accounts, and site teams. . Update inventory records using MS Excel or inventory/ERP software. . Monitor Minumum stock levels and inform management about materials Requirements. . Ensure Proper storage and handling of construction materials. Required Skills :- . Good Knowledge of inventory and stock. . Basic Knowledge of construction materials. . MS Excel and computer Skills. . Good record- Keeping and documentation skills. . Strong communication and coordination skills. . Attention to detail and accuracy. . Ability to manage multiple tasks. . Honest, responsible, and organized. Experience:- 2-5 year of experience, Preferably in the construction industry.
