Responsible for stock receiving & dispatch.? To keep record of all inward & outward movement of materials.? To maintain the mandatory registers like Material Inward, Material Outward, Challan Book, Rejection& Replacement register, Physical Stock Register, etc.? To prepare the monthly/weekly reports of stocks as per formats.? To ensure timely dispatch of orders, arrange packing of material, complete documentation ofshipment, co-ordinate with transporters for timely pickup, update the dispatch register, follow up withtransporter for safe and timely delivery of consignment.? To do day-to-day check on the storage facilities for upkeep and hygiene.? To ensure proper storage of materials at designated areas as per norms of stocks.? To ensure proper quarantine of defective, expired and rejected materials.? To conduct Physical checks of stocks on daily basis and be responsible for all deviations.? To assist the purchase department in preparation of Purchase Orders and follow up for PurchaseOrders.? To Notify the Supervisor of any low stock levels.? To Identify and report any slow-moving items to avoid over purchasing.? To identify and report Near Expiry stocks and ensure its liquidation or return within stipulated time.? To follow all standards of operations and storage of materials.? Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures.

Require Stock Incharge having well versed in Excel, Email writing, Order Issuance and stock Management
