Responsible for stock receiving & dispatch.? To keep record of all inward & outward movement of materials.? To maintain the mandatory registers like Material Inward, Material Outward, Challan Book, Rejection& Replacement register, Physical Stock Register, etc.? To prepare the monthly/weekly reports of stocks as per formats.? To ensure timely dispatch of orders, arrange packing of material, complete documentation ofshipment, co-ordinate with transporters for timely pickup, update the dispatch register, follow up withtransporter for safe and timely delivery of consignment.?
