We are looking for a dedicated Stock Manager to join our team in Howrah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of stock and inventory within the store. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Inventory Management:** Maintain accurate stock levels by regularly checking and organizing inventory. This ensures that the right products are available when needed.- **Stock Monitoring:** Track incoming and outgoing stock. This involves recording the quantity and condition of products to prevent shortages or overstock situations.- **Ordering Supplies:** Responsible for placing orders for stock replenishment. This includes coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.- **Stock Audits:** Conduct regular audits to verify stock accuracy and identify discrepancies. This helps in maintaining transparency and effectiveness in inventory management.- **Record Keeping:** Maintain detailed records of stock movements. This includes documenting sales, returns, and transfers, which aids in reporting and inventory control.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Candidates should have completed at least the 12th grade and have a basic understanding of stock management.- Strong attention to detail is crucial to ensure accurate inventory tracking and reporting.- Good organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks efficiently and keep the workspace organized.- We expect the candidate to have basic computer skills for maintaining records and using inventory management software.- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential, especially for those with less experience in the field. This full-time position requires a male candidate who is ready to work from the office and can collaborate effectively with the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Service through relationship management?Establishing and strengthening relationships with the allocated customerbase.?sales of Insurance/ Mutual Funds/ CASA/ Investments/ Loans/ Real Estate.?Ensure retention of in his/her allocated book of relations (existingcustomer database).?Act as a single point of contact for customers for any customerquery/complaint.?Identifying financial goals of customers and providing financial planningassistance.?Competition Analysis for giving professional advice to the customer?Fix self appointments every day from the given customer database as per thecampaign?Team Development (Subject to assessment)Sales? Focus on cross-sell & up-sell opportunity in allocated customers.?
