Job Description

As an Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions and ensuring the smooth operation of accounting functions within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable:** You will oversee all incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring that the company receives payments on time and pays its suppliers promptly.

- **Preparing Financial Statements:** It will be your duty to prepare regular financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to help track the company's financial health.

- **Conducting Reconciliations:** You will perform monthly reconciliations of bank statements and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

- **Assisting with Budgets:** Collaborating with management, you will help prepare budgets by analyzing past financial data and projecting future financial needs.

- **Compliance and Auditing:** You will ensure all financial practices comply with legal standards and internal policies, assisting in audits as required.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, possess excellent analytical skills, and be proficient in accounting software. A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce is required.

Additionally, as the position is open to male candidates, you should have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Your experience of 5 to 10 years in a similar role will be essential to bring valuable insights and contribute effectively to our financial operations.
