Daily Inventory cycle count of available stock in store & reconciliation with system Maintain register day to day (outward register, incoming register, and purchase register) Maintain documents records ( purchase bills ,sales bills , challans , couriers slips bilty . Maintain the store and records area in a neat and orderly manner . Maintain stock inventory day to day (main stock register ) Raw material issue to production as per production slip & handover to concern authority. Inbound material Goods inspection report physical vs. document, if something shortage, excess & damage then same communicate to supplier and our org mgmt, GRN process as per Physical rpt. Daily finished goods stock take over from production dept & entry in FG1 stock Store. Dispatch plan destinations wise as per allocation. Picking, packing, labeling & strapping & put way the goods in dispatch area for loading. Vehicles arrangement as per indent with in a time line with follows up of transporter. Documentation of actual goods load inside the vehicle as per loading slip & actual note. Documents Check list inspection all points, Signing & stamp before move the vehicle.

Job Description:As a Packing Labour, your main responsibility will be to assist in packing and labeling products for shipment. You will be required to work efficiently and accurately to ensure that orders are packed correctly and ready for delivery. You will also be responsible for inventory control tasks, such as stock taking and keeping track of packing materials.Skills Required:1. Inventory Controller: Ability to manage and control inventory, ensuring products are accurately accounted for and orders are fulfilled on time.2. Stock Taking: Proficiency

Aligning and Organizing Deliveries. Communicate efficiently with the transporters to schedule and coordinate pickup and delivery. Making sure to get timely deliveries of orders correctly with all necessary documentation. Serves as a primary point of contact for clients regarding order status, delivery schedules and inquiries. Address client concerns promptly and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction. Coordination with the vendors to allocate resources. Preparing sales orders based on customer requirements. Create and maintain spreadsheets to track operational metrics, performance indicators and inventory records.

Utilize the companys inventory software platform to check in products and compare deliveries to outstanding purchase orders Collaborate with purchasing group to determine when products are missing from deliveries and contact vendors in regards to damaged product Assist in assembling manufacturer marketing displays on the sales floor and then removing the displays based on managements discretion Work closely with Order Pickers to make sure that each packaged order has the correct amount and types of products Perform routine maintenance checks of the warehouse area and perform cleanup or simple repair duties when needed
