Conduct field-level recruitment drives, interviews, and candidate mobilization activities. Source candidates through local networks, labour contractors, employment exchanges, and community references. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and eligibility criteria. Coordinate interview schedules with HR and project teams. Verify candidate documents such as ID proof, experience, and qualifications before selection.
