Opening For Human Resource Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Human Resource Manager with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi, along with proficient computer knowledge.

In this role, you will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with company policies. You will work closely with management to implement HR strategies that support business goals, enhance employee engagement, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities include managing the recruitment process by sourcing and interviewing candidates, overseeing employee orientation programs, and facilitating performance appraisal meetings. You will also handle employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring proper resolution and compliance with HR policies and legal regulations. Keeping HR records organized, maintaining a robust HR information system, and generating reports as needed are also part of your duties.

Candidates should have a post-graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field and demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with HR software and tools is essential for efficient management of HR functions. The role is full-time, requiring work from the office in Coimbatore.
