MILLICON CONSULTANT ENGINEERS PRIVATE LIMITEDModular Process skid design Engineer(Civil)Key Responsibilities:Conceptual & Detailed Design:Develop robust, fabrication-friendly structural concepts for modular skids.Optimize layouts considering modularization, lifting, transport, access, and maintenance needs.Engineering Calculations & Analysis:Perform structural analysis for static, dynamic, wind, seismic, and lifting conditions using software like STAAD.Pro, RFEM, or SAP2000.Ensure structures are designed to handle loads from piping, equipment, electrical trays, and instruments.Collaborate with process, piping, and electrical/instrumentation teams to finalize skid layout.Ensure skid base and structural members accommodate penetrations, supports, and interface loads.Develop and review 3D models using TEKLA or similar software and generate 2D fabrication drawings.Create GA drawings, assembly drawings, and connection details per project standards.Ensure constructability of design in coordination with fabrication vendors.Review vendor documents for skid base frame, gratings, ladders, lifting lugs, and transport skids.Ensure designs comply with applicable codes and standards such as AISC, Eurocode, IS 800, ASME, DNV, and project-specific specifications.Validate lifting points, transport analysis, and handling conditions per lifting study.Qualifications:Education:Bachelors degree in civil engineering. Master's degree in Structural will be an added advantage.Experience:1015 years of experience in structural design for modular process systems or skid-mounted units.Proven experience in oil & gas, chemical, or green energy sectors with exposure to off-site fabrication and modularization philosophy.Software Skills:Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, AutoCAD, TEKLA, Navisworks, and MS office for load calculations and documentation. POSITION : SR.DESIGN ENGINEER CIVIL & STRUCTURALA. Job Description1. Perform and produce Engineering deliverables by carrying out analysis and design calculations using appropriate software.2. Maintenance of record prints, check prints, commented prints and drawings/checklists.3. Upload the native files, as per WBS, in the Native file Server.4. Allocate appropriate works and provide necessary Engineering inputs to draftsmen and Designers.5. Checking interfaces for IFC Drawings.6. Review & approval of vendor design & drawing7. Conduct SPR review session8. Prepare list of deliverables & engineering designs/deliverables with due emphasis on safety aspects and QMS norms.9. Maintain project specific records like input, check print, check list etc. 10. Working under guidance of RIL Managers.11. Adherence to committed schedule and preparation of monthly progress report.12. Quality assurance: Adhere to QMS norms / maintain required documents as required for project scope of work.13. Responsibilities:Technical: Hands on experience in Analyses and design of Pipe racks, Technological structures, Substations, Control rooms, Shed type structures, Foundations for Process column and exchanges etc. applicable for Chemical, Petro-chemical, Refineries and Oil and Gas Industries. Candidate should be familiar with analysis and design of dynamic foundations such as Pumps, Compressors and Turbo GeneratorsGeneral: Candidate should have performed the checking of Civil and structural calculations of engineers and ensure its correctness and completeness. Candidate should have hands on in material and quantity control of Civil and Structural commodities (Concrete and Steel) Candidate should be familiar with the interface requirements with other engineering disciplines to ensure the design comply with all the plant process and layout requirements Candidate should be conversant with the provisions of Indian, American and Euro codes for civil and structural designs.Experience Level:3 - 4 years of experience in Detail Engineering of Petrochemical/ Chemical/ Refinery Projects.Qualification:BE/ B.
