We are looking for a competent Site Engineer with 4 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in engineering and possess strong technical skills to ensure the successful execution of on-site projects. This position requires a full-time commitment and is office-based.Key Responsibilities:- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure all site activities align with project goals and deadlines.- Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations at the construction site, ensuring safety and progress remain on track while adhering to project specifications.- Quality Control: Monitor materials and workmanship to ensure they meet the required quality standards and rectify any issues promptly.- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including site reports, safety inspections, and other pertinent documentation required for project tracking.- Team Collaboration: Work closely with construction teams, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are performed efficiently and effectively.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have a diploma in engineering and possess strong problem-solving skills. A thorough understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, and project management is essential. Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. The candidate must show a commitment to safety and quality, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsible for team management including implementation of project. Coordination with planning team for implementation and inspection of sites, Responsible for data monitoring, and administration of assigned work to subordinates. Will be ensures all waste management processes and final products meet quality specifications and will be completed according to established requirements. Coordinate with team members for smooth running of projects and liaison with the department officials. Will assist to prepare and execute technical analyses, operation plans. Will assist to prepare daily/monthly waste processing and management reports. To monitor the emergency response procedures at sites.

Responsible for the handling environmental issues, time to time inspection of sites and preparation of manual/reports as per site condition. Responsible of environmental monitoring and proper implementation of environmental guidelines at site. Coordinate with the team for waste management results, processing of waste and final products meet quality specifications and are completed according to established requirements. Coordinate with team members for smooth running of projects and liaison with the department officials if require. Will prepares environmental related reports and coordinates with the team members/project manager to execute it properly.
