Additionally,a solid understanding of digital marketing concepts will be essential in positioning our software solutions effectively.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels (email, phone calls, social media, etc.).Nurture relationships with existing clients and seek opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.Product Demonstrations:Conduct online and in-person software demonstrations, showcasing key features and benefits of the product to prospective clients.Client Interaction & Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and guiding them through the sales process.Understand client needs and suggest customized solutions to meet those needs.Sales Presentations:Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals tailored to individual clients.Digital Marketing Knowledge:Stay updated with digital marketing trends and strategies to provide relevant insights to clients.Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns and initiatives.Reporting & Feedback:Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipeline progress in the CRM system.Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.Requirements:Experience:Minimum 1-2 years of experience in software sales, business development, or a similar role.Language Skills:Fluency in both Hindi and English.

Role and Responsibilities: Develop new business and long term account opportunities through prospecting using a variety of lead generation methods. Very strong in Presentation and demo also handled E2E sales cycle. Travel to customer sites and tradeshows to promote companys products and services. Establish strong customer relationships by providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding inquiries such as product features, pricing, quotes, and issues/concerns. Complete RFP's and preparation of commercial proposals Follow up on submissions, negotiate and close business. Be aware of organizational growth initiatives regarding market and target customer segments, and the companys potential to meet customer needs Oversee, maintain and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction. Present product / services matching the prospect needs Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM. Perform data quality checks routinely. Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline funnel building targets and new account acquisition targetsSkills and Competencies: At least 2-5 years of sales experience selling in the B2B segment. and consistently achieved/exceeded sales targets Experience in the Software domain, preferably in a cloud-based platform with the SaaS model. Experience in the HR & Payroll domain will be value-added. Thorough understanding/appreciation of software product sales. Must be extremely effective at initiating high-level contacts in accounts and have strong presentation skills to close the sale. Ability to generate leads and build the business in a wide-open market.Education and Technical Proficiency Graduate, MBA preferred Should have worked with at least one CRM software for planning and recording sales activities. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Self-starter, goal oriented, and ability to work independently to meet company objectives.
