Database Development & SQL ManagementWrite, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various data sources.Ensure database performance and query optimization for reporting.2. Business Intelligence & Reporting (Power BI)Design, build, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.Write complex DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) formulas and utilize Power Query for data modelling.Manage data refreshes and workspace configurations.3. Advanced Data Analysis (Excel)Utilize Advanced Excel functions (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Power Pivot, Macros) for ad-hoc analysis and data validation.Required Skills & Qualifications:SQL: Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries (MS SQL Server, MySQL, or similar).Power BI: Proven experience in data modelling, DAX functions, and creating intuitive visual reports.Advanced Excel: Master level in Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and automation through Power Query.Experience: Open (Salary will scale dynamically based on the candidate's actual experience and technical expertise).Communication: Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for business teams.
