JOB SUMMARY:We are looking for Digital Marketer to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours.RESPONSIBILITIES:Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.Should Knowledge of social media ads.Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-dateMeasures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals.Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.).QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:Degree in business, marketing or any other related field.Managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media and/or display advertising campaignsStrong customer-orientation and communication skills.Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement .Ability to stay professional and focused in stressful situations.Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
