Responsibilities:1. Conceptualize and prepare ad creatives, including static images and video ads.2. Develop landing pages, website artwork, and project communication taglines.3. Schedule and evaluate marketing campaigns; conduct ad account audits and optimizations.4. Set up and manage assets on various platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, LinkedIn).5. Design and execute creative changes mid-campaign in real-time.6 Use hyperlocal data to strategize for local markets.7. Optimize landing pages and audit lead feedback.8. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.9. Develop social media accounts and content to generate traffic and engagement.10. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and technologies.Requirements:1. Understanding of the graphics and video creation process.2. Knowledge of marketing content requirements.3. Strong copywriting and caption writing skills.4. Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and client communication.5. Availability on phone/WhatsApp during non-office hours.Preferred Qualifications:1. 3+ years of experience in a similar marketing/branding role preferred.2. Knowledge of SMM & Digital Ads.3. Experience with digital marketing software: Meta Ads, Google Ads.4. Attention to detail and the ability to analyze data and trends.5. Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration.6.
