Social Media Content Strategies (Technical Content Strategist) - Salt Lake Kolkata

Key Responsibilities

Create product explainer videos, promotional reels, and demo walkthroughs for our fintech product

Develop social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube) to drive brand awareness and user engagement

Create marketing copy taglines, ad copy, website content, app store descriptions, and campaign messaging

Create blog posts and long-form articles on topics like legal tech, real estate innovation, AI, and digital transformation

Write email campaigns, push notifications, and in-app messages for user acquisition and retention

Adapt content tone and messaging for diverse user groups

Collaborate with designers, developers, and the marketing team to align copy with product vision

Maintain a consistent brand voice while being flexible enough to serve different industry verticals

Manage and contribute to a content calendar with regular publishing targets

Write and edit website content as per the SEO standards and maintain company Web pages and blog(s).

Required skill:

A person with flair for creative writing with an interest in content research, writing and content editing.

Person up-to-date with best practices in writing for the web, social media trends, web usability, web design, and business/industry trends.

6 months + experienced in technical content writing with Bachelor’s degree and throughout education in English medium. Excellent command of written Hindi also (bilingual content a plus)

Strong portfolio with samples of video scripts, product copy, or industry-specific content

Experience in content writing for B2B/enterprise audiences, particularly in AI-related domains, including technical blogs, white papers, case studies, and thought leadership content.

Good to have:

Understanding of app-based product marketing and user journeys

Experience writing storyboards or voiceover scripts for animated/explainer videos
