Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and display advertising. You'll be responsible for the entire campaign lifecycle, from concept to execution.Content Creation: Assist in creating compelling digital content, such as blog posts, social media updates, website copy, and email newsletters. You'll need to ensure all content is on-brand and optimized for search engines.SEO & Analytics: Conduct keyword research and on-page and off-page SEO to improve search engine rankings. You'll also analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports to management.Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. This includes creating a content calendar, engaging with the audience, and running paid ad campaigns.Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, from designing templates to analyzing open and click-through rates. You'll use data to segment audiences and personalize content.QualificationsEducation: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a digital marketing role.Technical Skills:Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices.Basic knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress).Proficiency with design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.Soft Skills:Creativity: Ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and content.Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi.Time Management: Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.Team Player: Works well with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
