manager marketing (pan india)

�� develop and implement integrated marketing roadmaps aligned with business objectives, focusing on b2b lead generation

�� manage & optimize e-commerce platforms, digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement & sales

�� create and executive b2b focused marketing initiatives such as account based marketing, product launches and content strategies to attract & engage target business clients

�� brand awareness and brand mentions in online articles, social media and forum

�� ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing efforts while managing the company's brand reputation in b2b and digital channels

�� define kpis, analyse campaign performance, extracts insights from data to inform strategy, provide actionable reports to management

skills

�� leadership and team management - ability to motivate, manage, and develop marketing teams

�� proven experience in targeting and acquiring business clients

�� excellent written and verbal communication skills

�� strong analytical skills to track performance, identify trends and drive data driven decision making

�� interest in gaming industry & knowledge of playstations, other consoles will be added advantage
