We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects on Fatehabad Road. This role is ideal for someone with a diploma and 0 to 2 years of experience in site management. The Site Supervisor will ensure that all activities on the site run smoothly and meet safety standards.Key Responsibilities:- Monitor Daily Operations: Ensure that construction activities are on schedule and that all site operations are functioning effectively.- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and practices on site to protect workers and ensure a safe working environment.- Quality Control: Inspect work done by subcontractors and workers to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.- Coordinate with Team: Communicate regularly with project managers, workers, and suppliers to ensure resources are available and issues are resolved promptly.- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of site progress, daily work reports, and any incidents that occur on site.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should demonstrate good communication skills to convey instructions clearly and work collaboratively with teams.
