We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects on Fatehabad Road. This role is ideal for someone with a diploma and 0 to 2 years of experience in site management. The Site Supervisor will ensure that all activities on the site run smoothly and meet safety standards.Key Responsibilities:- Monitor Daily Operations: Ensure that construction activities are on schedule and that all site operations are functioning effectively.- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and practices on site to protect workers and ensure a safe working environment.- Quality Control: Inspect work done by subcontractors and workers to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.- Coordinate with Team: Communicate regularly with project managers, workers, and suppliers to ensure resources are available and issues are resolved promptly.- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of site progress, daily work reports, and any incidents that occur on site.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should demonstrate good communication skills to convey instructions clearly and work collaboratively with teams. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure the quality and safety of all work conducted on the site. A hands-on approach is necessary, and the candidate should be comfortable in a construction environment. Basic knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations is expected. The ability to adapt to different situations and solve problems as they arise will also be important for success in this role.

One should able to do survey, preferred from local area, good communication skills, self initiative, motivated to team, team handling, reports.
