We require civil engineer with minimum 3 years of experience in contacting firm

Key Responsibilities:Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure work is carried out according to design specifications and timelines.Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and the internal project team.Ensure materials used and work performed meet quality standards and project requirements.Resolve technical issues and provide solutions on-site as they arise.Maintain daily site records including progress reports, safety compliance, and quality checks.Enforce safety and health regulations and ensure a clean, secure, and safe working environment.Participate in project planning and execution meetings.Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and manage expectations.Ensure all work complies with legal requirements, building regulations, and company policies.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.2+ years of experience in a similar role (internships can be considered for junior roles).Strong understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications.Proficiency in site management tools and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of AutoCAD or project management software is a plus.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to site locations as required.

Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution:o Develop detailed Daily Work Planning.o Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical systems for solarprojects from inception to completion.o Ensure projects are executed in compliance with design specifications, safetystandards, regulatory & client requirements. Site Management:o Supervise on-site electrical activities, including AC/DC Electrical Package(Including Cabling, Inverter etc.)o Coordinate with a functional team including engineers, contractors andstakeholders. Technical Support:o Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.o Resolve any technical challenges that arise during the execution of the project.o Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the installed system. Documentation and Reporting:o Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, as-builtdrawingso Prepare and submit regular project status reports to senior management.Manage and prepare JMC and material reconciliation with clients. Continuous improvement:o Stay updated on industry trends Technologies.o implement improvement to project process and develop methodologieso Assist site in-charge in invoicing by providing all necessary documents.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, construction practices, andproject management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Track monitor and compare the project progress with billing and materialreconciliation.
