The Civil Site Incharge will oversee construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This role requires both technical knowledge and effective team management skills to ensure high-quality work.Key Responsibilities:QUANTITY SURVEYING AND COST ESTIMATION SKILLS MANDATORY1. **Project Supervision**: Manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and quality standards. This includes coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to meet project deadlines.2. **Team Leadership**: Lead a team of engineers, laborers, and subcontractors. Provide guidance and support, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.3. **Quality Control**: Conduct regular inspections of construction activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality guidelines. Address any issues promptly to avoid delays.4. **Budget Management**: Monitor project expenses and resources carefully. Prepare reports to track costs and ensure the project remains within its budget.5. **Communication**: Maintain clear communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
