**Key Responsibilities:**1. **Oversee Site Operations:** Supervise and direct all activities on the construction site to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.2. **Manage Subcontractors:** Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.3. **Quality Control:** Monitor the quality of work being done on site, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.4. **Safety Compliance:** Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all workers on site.5. **Progress Reporting:** Keep track of project progress, update stakeholders, and report any issues or delays to the project manager.6. **Budget Management:** Assist in preparing and managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- A minimum of 2-8 years of experience in civil site management.- Education in B.Arch, B.E, Advanced/Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and coordinate with stakeholders.- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment to ensure quality workmanship.- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
